We offer a $9 flat rate for shipping across most Australian destinations.* Please allow up to 7 days for Metro area deliveries and up to 14 days for Rural deliveries.

For international orders or locations not covered in our flat rate, please contact us for a quote and time estimate on delivery.

*Unfortunately we can not offer $9 flat rate delivery to the following areas areas: Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, areas in postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory) and areas in postcode 4875 (Queensland)

Returns

If your Cradletight™ order is damaged in any way or you are not happy with the product, please contact us on 1800 328 955. to which we will be able to advise the best way to return the product(s) and inform you of any further details required.
